Megan Cadwaladr’s practice is a combination of yarnworks and installation, situated in exterior and interior environments. The work considers transformation and manipulation within space using the changing states of colour, as well as the relationship between the natural essence and manmade materialities. Cadwaladr seeks to create new aesthetics through assemblage and interactivity with  atmospheres.

Using the manipulation of colour and space,  The Void  surrounds the idea of immersivity within space, and acknowledges one's relationship with filling in nothingness. The traces left behind during the exploration of passages provides inspiration for this piece, and the assemblage of the multi-coloured yarn tunnel. The pathway intends to transform the ideas one has of an empty space or boundary into a mesmerising journey.
